非正规与正规金融相互关系的研究及启示——基于劳动分工与交易费用的框架

Research on the Relationship between Informal Financial and Formal Financial Organizations——Under the Framework of Division of Labor Evolution and Transaction Theory

采用分工演进与交易费用理论对共存状态下的非正规金融与正规金融之间的相互关系进行了重新梳理与阐释,用"转化"的概念取代了"替代"的概念,并分析了我国现存环境下"互补性"体现的弊端,进一步研究了非正规金融与正规金融相互之间的关系对经济发展的影响。最后根据研究所得结论提出了对策与建议。

This paper uses the framework of division of labor evolution and transaction theory to re-explain the relationship between informal financial organization and formal financial organization. Furthermore,it discusses how these relationship impact the economy development. Finally,suggestions have been proposed.
