“两化”融合测度指标体系构建的理论研究

Study on the Theory of Establishing the Index System for Measuring the Integration of Informationization and Industrialization

目前,我国"两化"融合指标体系的研究基本集中在对其指标的探讨上,理论支撑明显不足。因此,"两化"融合测度指标体系构建的理论研究是"两化"融合理论与实践的重要课题。本文主要围绕"两化"融合测度指标体系的需求分析、功能定位和理论依据3个方面来探讨,这3个方面理论也决定着"两化"融合测度指标体系的目标、方向和基础,对建立更加完善的"两化"融合测度指标体系具有非常重要的意义。

At present, the research of the index system of the integration of infonnationization and industrialization in China has focused on the discussions on the index, theoretical supports obviously defective. There fore, studying on the theory of esrab- lishing the index system for measuring the integration of informationization and industrialization became an important topic of the theory and practice. This paper focused on three theories, including demand analysis, function orientation and theoretical basis of the index system. These three theories decided the target, direction and the foundation of the index system for measuring the inte- gration of informationization and industrialization. Moreover, these three theories have great significance for establishing more per- fect index system.
