我国竞技体育发展红利的构成与优化

On the development advantages of athletic sports in China

运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对我国竞技体育发展红利的构成与困境进行分析。认为人口红利渐微导致竞技人才萎缩、政策红利渐退导致训赛资金受阻、管理红利失序导致体育发展失衡,是我国竞技体育突出的发展困境。建议我国竞技体育的发展应从科学训练选材、提供有偿竞训、管理制度创新等方面进行改革,以适应国际竞技体育的整体环境与发展趋势。

This research analyzes the structures and difficulties of the development situation of athletic sports in China by literature and logic analysis. Firstly,the fading of demographic advantage leads to the number of athletic talents reduced. Secondly,the fading of policy advantage results in funds of trainings and races blocked. Finally,the disorder of management advantage causes the imbalance of the development of sports. These become difficulties of development of athletic sports in our country. This paper suggests that reforms should be taken in scientific training materials,providing compensated races and trainings and institutional innovation of management so as to make the development of competitive sports in China adapt to the whole environment of international competitive sports and the trend of development.
