Evaluation system of athletes ' special physical fitness for elite women 's competitive aerobics

通过文献资料、专家访谈、数理统计等方法,筛选出女子健美操运动员7项专项身体素质指标作为评价体系的指标,确立各指标的权重、优秀女子竞技健美操运动员专项身体素质特征模型和评价体系,并对评价体系进行应用检验。评价体系的建立和应用为运动员发现自己的薄弱环节、教练员开展科学训练提供依据。

With the methods of literature review,expert interview and mathematical statistics, this paper has filtered out 7 special physical quality index for womenˊs aerobics athletes as the indicators of evaluation system and applied the systme to the athletes for verification. The system aims to provide a scientific basis for athletes to find their weakness and coaches to carry out scientific coaching.
