山东省游泳、铁人三项运动员超声心动图检查的研究

Research on ultrasound cardiogram( UCG ) of Shandong swimming and triathlon athletes

目的:研究山东省游泳、铁人三项运动员心脏形态及功能的特点和规律;方法:对山东省游泳、铁人三项运动员进行心脏超声学检查;结果:游泳、铁人三项运动员在左室结构及功能等方面与普通人群有显著差异(P<0.05),两种运动项目运动员之间在心脏结构和功能方面也存在一定的差异,尤以男性运动员更为明显;结论:游泳、铁人三项运动员存在心脏左室重构及左室舒张功能增加,且表现出项目和性别差异。

Objective：To explore the characteristics of cardiac morphology and function of Shandong swimming and triathlon athletes. Methods：To take heart ultrasonic examination on the swimming and triathlon athletes. Results：There is significant difference（P〈0. 05）in the left ventricular structure and function between the athletes and ordinary people. There are some differences in the heart structure and function between athletes of the two events,particularly visible in male athletes. Conclusion：Swimming and triathlon athletesˊ heart ventricular remodeling and left ventricular diastolic function increased and there are event and gender differences.
