我国区域金融生态系统运行绩效的空间差异研究

On Spatial Differences in Regional Financial Ecological System Operation Performance in China

本文利用超效率DEA模型,对我国31个省、市、自治区2008年—2012年的金融生态系统运行效率进行了测算。研究表明,我国六大区域间及区域内金融生态效率均存在异质性。通过建立区域金融生态系统运行绩效影响因素的空间计量模型分析得出,金融发展规模、对外开放程度和制度环境是改善区域金融生态运行绩效的主要因素,而金融发展效率和政府干预则是制约金融生态运行绩效提升的重要因素。因而,今后应从促进金融生态主体多元化发展、实现区域金融综合实力的均衡发展、完善金融法制环境建设等方面提升区域金融生态运行绩效。

Based on super efficiency DEA model,financial ecological system efficiency of 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China in 2008- 2012 is calculated. Research shows that： heterogeneity is found in financial ecological efficiency in and across six regions as well. Through the establishment of spatial econometric model of regional financial ecology system operation performance influence factors,it is found that financial development scale,the degree of opening to the outside world,the institutional environment are the main factors to improve the regional financial ecological performance,and financial development efficiency and government intervention are the important factors which restrict the development of the financial ecological performance. Therefore,it is advanced that it is of necessity to promote the diversification of financial ecology main body,realize the balanced development of regional financial comprehensive strength,improve the financial legal system environment of construction to improve the regional financial ecological performance.
