在有着五千年农业传统的乡土中国展开工业化与城市化的进程中,出现了社会城乡发展的不平衡,甚至是城乡二元分裂。而城乡文化的二元对立与分裂又是问题的核心,是城乡制度、经济、教育等二元分化的根由。构建城乡文化二元一体的生态中和之美是实现城乡一体化的内在精神诉求,是和谐社会"和而不同"的精神内核。

The binary opposition and division of urban and rural culture is the core of the problem ,and it is the root causes of urban and rural systems, economic, educational and other bi- nary differentiation. Construction the Dual ecological neutralization beauty of urban and rural culture is to achieve inner spiritual aspirations of urban-rural integration, is harmonious society ＂and the dif- ferent＂ spiritual core.
