农村基层自治组织功能与农民政治参与程度——基于十省农户调查数据实证分析

Rural Grassroots Autonomous Organizations' Function and Farmers' Political Participation——An Empirical Analysis Based on the Farmers' Survey Data of 10 Provinces

农民政治参与程度及其影响因素对农村社会治理和经济发展有重要意义。基于全国十省市28个行政村的问卷调查数据,利用多项有序回归方法对农民参与选举的程度和影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明,农村整体政治参与程度不高,基层自治组织功能发挥的有效性不足,农民对基层自治组织功能发挥情况的评价能够影响到农民的政治参与行为。

Farmers＇ political participation and its influencing factors have important significance to rural social governance and economic development. Based on the survey data from 28 administrative villages in ten provinces and cities, using orderly multiple regression method, this article emprically analyzed the degree of farmer＇s political participation and it＇s factors. The result shows that farmer＇s general political participation is not high, rural grassroots autonomous organization cannot play it＇s role effectively, farmer＇s evaluation to Rural grassroots autonomous organizations＂ function can influent their political participation.
