摘要
网络游戏虚拟物品的交易已经形成产业化规模,并已成为影响网络游戏产业健康发展的关键因素之一。网络游戏产品的多关卡特性是用户间交易产生的动因;成本收益是用户间购买行为出现的基础;套利机制是用户间销售行为的基础。网络游戏中用户间交易不同于传统行业用户间交易,对其进行法律治理势在必行,网络游戏虚拟物品具有财产属性,应规范虚拟物品交易市场,进而实现网络游戏产业的健康发展。
Virtual good of online game has formed a industrial scale, it has become one of the key factors to the healthy development of the network game industry. Multiple levels characteristic of online games is the motivation arising from transactions between users; Cost of revenue is the foundation of purchasing behavior; Arbitrage mechanism is the basis of the sales behavior. Network game user transactions are different from the traditional industries of inter user transactions, it puts forward the legal governance issues of transaction behavior between game users and indicates virtual items of online game with property attributes, proposals regulate virtual goods market, so as to realizes the healthy development of the online game industry.
