摘要
通过对影响流水线镁电解电流效率的因素进行正交试验和稳定性试验.结果表明,影响流水线镁电解电流效率因素由大到小依次为氧化镁含量、槽温、电流密度、负压和循环流量.降低氧化镁含量、温度和负压,提高循环流量及电流密度有利于提高电流效率.在严格控制氧化镁含量≤0.1%、槽温680~695℃、负压≤-10 Pa、循环量55 t/h和电流密度0.30 A/cm2的条件下,流水线镁电解电流效率可稳定在78%以上.
The affecting factors on current efficiency of pipeline magnesium electrolysis were studied byorthogonal and stability test. The results show that the factors affecting current efficiency, sequenced by influence, include MgO content, cell temperature, electric current density, negative pressure of chlorinepipe and circular flow. Reducing MgO content, cell temperature and negative pressure, and increasing circular flow and electric current density can improve current efficiency. The current efficiency of pipelinemagnesium electrolysis can maintain as 78% above under the conditions including MgO≤0. 1%, celltemperature of 680-695 ℃, negative pressure of ≤10Pa, circular flow of 55 t/h, and current density of 0.30 A/cm2.
