摘要
采用废弃农作物制备生物质炭,并开展了生物质炭在工业硅冶炼中替代木炭作还原剂使用的工业试验。结果表明,生物质炭含碳量高、灰分低、化学活性好,制备的工业硅产品质量提高,产量稳定,冶炼电耗下降7.9%,电极消耗下降22.2%。
Biomass charcoal was prepared from waste crops. Commercial test of biomass charcoal as asubstitute for charcoal as reducing agents in silicon production smelting was conducted. The results show that biomass carbon has characteristics of high carbon content, low ash content, and good chemicalactivity. The quality of industrial silicon is improved with stable output and reduction of power consumption and electrode consumption by 7.90% and 22.2 % respectively.
