摘要
采用特种树脂对铜电积液进行除铁和回收酸。考察流量、吸附液和解析液的流动方向等因素对酸吸附率和铁截留率的影响,探寻连续吸附/解析过程的酸度、铁铜含量变化与吸附/解析时间的规律。结果表明,在优化条件下,酸回收率、铁去除率分别为74.03%、71.57%。
Special resin was applied to recover acid and remove iron from copper electrowinning solution. The effects of flow rate, flow direction of adsorption solution and desorption solution on acid adsorption rate and iron retention rate were investigated. The rules of acidity and concentration of iron and copper with continuous adsorption-desorption time were explored. The results show that acid recovery and iron removal rate are 74.03% and 71.57% respectively under the optimal conditions.
