摘要
国宝山铷原矿先进行焙烧,然后从含Rb2O 0.1%的焙砂中碱性浸出铷。结果表明,在碳酸钠用量为理论量的1.4倍、液固比2、常温浸出1.5h,5级循环浸出后铷浸出率平均为93.87%,钙去除率平均为99.76%。
Guobaoshan rubidium ore was roasted and rubidium was multi-stage alkaline leached from calcining with Rb2O grade of 0.1%. The results show that average rubidium leaching rate is 93.87 % and average calcium removal rate is 99.76%under the optimum conditions including sodium carbonate dosage of 1.4 times of theoretical amount, ratio of liquid to solid of 2, room temperature, leaching duration of 1.5 h, and multi-stage circulation times of five.
