摘要
目的:通过HPLC法对有柄石韦及华北石韦中绿原酸和木犀草素含量的测定,以控制石韦药材质量,建立石韦药材中绿原酸及木犀草素的含量测定方法,同时对有柄石韦及华北石韦中绿原酸及木犀草素的含量进行比较以及对不同浸提物的指纹图谱进行分析。方法:用hypersil ODS-2柱,流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸水(9∶91),检测波长326 nm,流速1 m L·min-1。结果:各峰可较好的分离,有柄石韦中绿原酸的含量可达到1.51%。结论:该方法操作简便,结果准确,具有较好的重现性与稳定性,可用于有柄石韦及华北石韦中绿原酸和木犀草素含量测定。
Objective: HPLC method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid and mignonette in Pyrrosia petiolosa( Christ) Ching and Pyrrosia davidii( Baker) Ching,for quality control,establish the content determination method and the comparison in content of chlorogenic acid and mignonette in Pyrrosia petiolosa( Christ) Ching and Pyrrosia davidii( Baker) Ching,at the same time,analyze fingerprints from different extraction. Method: With ODS-C18 column,mobile phase acetonitrile-phosphate( 0. 5%)( 9: 91),wavelength 326 nm,flow rate 1 m L·min- 1. Results: The peaks can be good separated,the content of chlorogenic acid can reach 1. 51% in Pyrrosia petiolosa( Christ) Ching. Conclusion: The method is simple and good reproducibility,and can be used for determination of chlorogenic acid and mignonette in Pyrrosia petiolosa( Christ) Ching and Pyrrosia davidii( Baker) Ching.
