糖尿病周围神经病变的非药物治疗进展

Advances in the Non-drug Treatment for Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

糖尿病神经病变是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症之一,其中以糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)最为常见。糖尿病远端对称性多神经病变是DPN中最常见的类型,隐匿起病,缓慢发展,以感觉障碍为主要表现,有较高的致残率和病死率。由于药物治疗的种种限制,目前国内外倾向于非药物治疗的研究逐渐增多,如电疗、磁疗、超声疗法、针灸疗法等。非药物治疗操作简单,疗效明显,是目前研究的热点。

Diabetic neuropathy is one of the most common chronic complications of diabetes,of which diabetic peripheral neuropathy（ DPN） is the most common kind. Diabetic distal symmetric polyneuropathy is the most common type of DPN,with insidious onset,slow development,and high morbidity and mortality,its main manifestation is sensory dysfunction. Due to the limitations of drug treatment,current studies of non-drug treatment tend to increase gradually worldwide,such as electrotherapy,magnetic therapy,ultrasound therapy,acupuncture and other methods. As non-drug treatment is easy to operate,with clear effect,it has become the focus of current research.
