摘要
目的评价食管心房调搏前肌内注射甲氧氯普胺注射液对电极安放耗时和安全性的影响。方法选择2012年2月至2013年5于泸州市中医医院心血管内科门诊行食管心房调搏检查的患者80例,依据计算机软件编制随机分配表将患者分为试验组(42例)和对照组(38例)。两组均于食管心房调搏前肌内注射药物1 m L(试验组为甲氧氯普胺注射液1 m L/10 mg,对照组为0.9%氯化钠注射液1 m L,两组均为无色透明液体),观察经鼻食管电极安放平均耗时及安全性(误吸及恶心呕吐)。结果试验组电极安放平均耗时较对照组显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者0例出现误吸,对照组患者1例,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);恶心呕吐评级比较,试验组安全性优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在食管心房调搏前肌注甲氧氯普胺注射液能明显缩短电极安放时间,提高电极安放的安全性,减轻患者痛苦。
Objective To evaluate the influence of anterior intramuscular injection of metoclopramide on time-consuming and safety of transesophageal atrial pacing( TEAP). Methods A total of 80 patients who received checkup before TEAP in department of cardiology of Luzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Feb. 2012 to May 2013 were included in the study and were randomly divided into trial group( 42cases) and control group( 38 cases) according to software programmed random allocation table. Both groups received intramuscular drug 1 m L before TEAP( metoclopramide injection 1 m L /10 mg for the trial group,1 m L 0. 9% sodium chloride injection for the control group),and the average time and safety( aspiration and nausea and vomiting) of nasal esophagus electrode placement was observed. Results The average time of electrodes placement of the trial group was significantly shorter than the control group,with statistically significant difference( P〈0. 05). There was 0 case of aspiration in the trial group,1 case of aspiration in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant( P〉0. 05). As for the comparison of nausea and vomiting,the safety of the trial group was better than the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Intramuscular injection of metoclopramide before TEAP can significantly shorten electrodes placement time-consuming,improve the safety of electrode placement,and alleviate the suffering of the patients.
