皮肤护理在蓝红光照射治疗痤疮中的临床效果评估

Evaluation on the Clinical Effect of Skin Care Combined with Blue and Red Light Irradiation in the Treatment of Acne

目的评估皮肤护理在蓝红光照射治疗痤疮中的临床效果。方法选择2010年5月至2012年5月深圳市人民医院皮肤科确诊为痤疮的患者116例,采用随机数字表法分为单纯蓝红光组及蓝红光联合皮肤护理组,各58例。两组均给予皮肤专科常规护理,单纯蓝红光组给予单纯蓝红光治疗,蓝红光联合皮肤护理组在此基础上给予皮肤护理,每周2次,2周为1个疗程。2个疗程结束后比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果单纯蓝红光组总有效率显著低于蓝红光联合皮肤护理组(58.2%比87.8%,P<0.05);单纯蓝红光组不良反应发生率显著高于蓝红光联合皮肤护理组(27.3%比7.1%,P<0.05)。结论痤疮选择皮肤护理联合蓝红光治疗,疗效明显,无创伤,不良反应少,操作简单。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of skin care combined with blue and red light irradiation on treating acne. Methods A total of 116 acne patients diagnosed in department of dermatology,Shenzhen People＇S Hospital from May 2010 to May 2012 were divided into light irradiation group and combined treatment group according to random number table. Patients in both groups were given routine nursing care,besides,patients in light irradiation group were treated with blue and red light irradiation,while patients in combined treatment groups were treated with blue and red light irradiation plus skin care,twice a week,two weeks as a course of treatment. After two courses of treatment,clinical curative effects and adverse reaction rates of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the light irradiation group was significantly lower than the combined treatment group（ 58. 2% vs 87. 8%,P〈0. 05）; incidence rate of adverse reactions of the light irradiation group was significantly higher than the combined treatment group（ 27. 3% vs 7. 1%,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Skin care combined with blue and red light irradiation in the treatment for acne has obvious curative effect,with less adverse reactions and no trauma,and is easy to operate.
