摘要
放疗作为治疗宫颈癌的重要手段之一,已在临床应用多年。近年来,以术中放疗、术后放疗、同步放化疗以及手术治疗等不同组合形式的综合治疗已成为当前治疗宫颈癌的一个重要手段;另一方面,随着三维适形、调强放疗以及三维图像引导的腔内放疗技术的发展,其也逐渐开始应用于宫颈癌的治疗。该文就放疗新技术以及不同组合形式的放疗在宫颈癌中的应用进行综述。
Radiotherapy has been used for years as a main treatment method for cervical cancer. In recent years,combined modality therapy consisting of intraoperative radiotherapy,postoperative radiotherapy,concurrent chemoradiation has become an important method for the treatment of cervical cancer. On the other hand,three-dimensional conformal and intensity-modulated radiotherapy and three-dimensional image guided intracavitary radiotherapy have been gradually used in the treatment of cervical cancer as well.Here is to make a review of the advancement of new radiation technologies and different combinations of radiotherapy applied in cervical cancer nowadays.
