摘要
对于有严重膝关节骨性关节炎的患者,全膝关节置换术是目前认为最有效的治疗方式之一。虽然术后关节假体周围感染很少发生,但一旦出现患者的关节功能不仅得不到恢复,还将延长患者住院时间,增加患者住院费用,反复多次手术给患者的生理和心理造成极大的伤害。因此,围术期有效的预防措施和早期发现潜在的感染迹象并采取正确的治疗方式,可有效将此并发症扼杀在萌芽状态,将危害降到最低,极大地改善患者的预后,提高患者的生活质量。
Total knee arthroplasty has been regarded as one of the most effective surgery for patients with osteoarthritis of the knee. Even if infrequently happen,periprosthetic infection will lead the perfect surgery effect to a worse level,which would prolong the hospitalization time,increase the patients＇ cost. Repeatedly surgeries also can take great damage to the patients＇ physiology and psychology. So,effective preventive measure,early diagnosis and accurate treatment of the infection is needed during the perioperative period,which will kill the complication timely,and highly improve the patients＇ prognosis and life quality.
