摘要
超声弹性成像(UE)是近年来广泛应用于医学领域的一项新技术,被称为超声继A、B、D、M型之后的E型(elastography)模式。其能够提供有关组织内部弹性特征(组织在外力作用下发生形变的程度即硬度)的信息,因而可以进一步辨别病变区域性质,为临床诊断及鉴别诊断提供更广泛的信息。该文就近年来UE技术在诊断甲状腺良恶性结节方面的研究进行综述。
Ultrasound elasticity( UE) imaging is a new technology in recent years which has been widely used in medical field,known as ultrasonic type E( elastography) model after type A,B,D,M. It can provide the internal elastic characteristics of the related tissueinformation( the tissue deformation degree under external force is hardness),thereby can help to further distinguish the local nature of the lesion,provide extensive information for the clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Here is to make a review of the application of UE technology in research in benign and malignant thyroid nodules diagnosis in the recent years.
