中联鼻炎片联合氯雷他定治疗变应性鼻炎疗效分析

Effect of Zhonglian Rhinitis Tablet Combined with Loratadine in Treating Allergic Rhinitis

目的研究中联鼻炎片联合氯雷他定治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法将2011年1月至2013年3月上海交通大学医学院附属第三人民医院收治的120例变应性鼻炎患者采用随机数字表法分为两组:观察组(60例)给予中联鼻炎片联合氯雷他定治疗,对照组(60例)仅给予氯雷他定治疗。观察两组患者的临床症状缓解情况、呼吸道功能指标及炎性因子水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者的喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者白细胞介素4(IL-4)、IL-5、最大呼气流速(PEF)昼夜变异率均低于治疗前,IL-12、PEF、第一秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC%)高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组IL-4、IL-5、PEF昼夜变异率低于对照组,IL-12、PEF、FEV1/FVC%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中联鼻炎片联合氯雷他定能够有效地改善临床症状和呼吸功能、控制免疫反应,在变应性鼻炎的治疗中具有积极价值。

Objective To study the effect of Zhonglian rhinitis tablet combined with loratadine in treating allergic rhinitis. Methods Total of 120 allergic rhinitis patients in the Third People＇s Hospital Affiliated to School of Medicine of Shanghai Jiaotong University from Jan. 2011 to Mar. 2013 were enrolled and divided into two groups according to random number table method： observation group（ 60 cases） was given Zhonglian rhinitis tablet combined with Loratadine; control group（ 60 cases） was only given loratadine. Then clinical symptoms remission,airway function index and inflammation factor levels of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,nasal itching,nasal congestion,runny nose,sneezing score of the observation group were lower than the control group; IL-4,IL-5 levels,peak expiratory flow variation of the two groups were lower than those before treatment; IL-12 level and PEF,forced expiratory volume in one second / forced vital capacity were higher than before treatment. IL-4,IL-5 levels,PEF variation of observation groups were lower than those of control group; IL-12 level and PEF,FEV1/ FVC% were higher than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Zhonglian rhinitis tablet combined with loratadine have positive clinical value in treating allergic rhinitis for it can alleviate the clinical symptoms,improve airway function and control immune reaction.
