摘要
结合现有以及正在研发的滚珠丝杠副试验装置,综合分析了四种典型的滚珠丝杠副加载方式。对四种加载方式的原理分别进行了详细阐述;分析了滚珠丝杠副螺母及丝杠的受力情况;并对四种加载方式下丝杠滚道表面的受力情况做了对比分析,阐述了四种加载方式各自的特点以及模拟实际工况的情况。
Comprehensive analysis of the four typical screw loading ways is combined with the existing and developing of the ball-screw test apparatus. Explains the principle of four kinds of loading ways respectively and analyzes the force of the nut and screw. And do a comparative analysis of the four loading ways about the stress of the screw surface. This paper expounds the four types of load characteristics and the situation of the simulating actual working condition.
