基于Simevents的机电自动化生产系统的语义分析与本体建模 被引量:1

摘要 针对应用Simevents开发机电自动化生产控制系统,分析其中支持离散制造运行机制的制造知识语义分析与自动化生产控制领域知识本体建模技术。从生产系统自动化控制领域知识角度,归纳出其中蕴含的核心概念及知识语义,并重点归纳驱动离散制造过程的生产事件及各制造核心概念之间作用关系的属性定义。应用Protégé软件建立了符合OWL机制并支持Simevents生产系统控制开发的离散制造控制本体模型。结合Simevents生产控制软件系统,提出了所开发的本体模型与软件系统的集成方法。以固高柔性生产系统实验平台为实例系统对提出的语义本体技术进行验证。 Automatic production control system was developed by Matlab toolbox Simevents. Focusing on discrete manufacturing procedure of production control system, manufacturing knowledge semantics and on-tology model involved are fully investigated. Kernel concepts of manufacturing procedure are summarized and semantics of discrete manufacturing procedure are analyzed. Production control ontology supporting dis-crete manufacturing control system in Simevents software environment is proposed, semantics of production events driving discrete manufacturing procedure are especially described in the ontology model. The pro-posed ontology model is developed by Protege and integration method of proposed ontology model with Si-mevents production control software environment is provided. Flexible Manufacturing System from Googol Corporation is selected as case study to validate the proposed ontology model.
