摘要
为识别和抑制数控机床加工过程中的颤振现象,设计开发了一套基于切削噪声无线监测的数控加工过程颤振识别与抑制系统。通过测量和分析切削过程产生的噪声信号,结合时域与频域方法判断加工过程是否发生颤振,若发生则根据颤振频率匹配法给出主轴转速的调整建议。系统硬件部分使用工业麦克风和NI无线设备采集加工过程噪声信号并无线传输至计算机,软件部分包括采集设置、数据存储、信号分析等相关功能。实验证明,系统对实际加工过程的颤振现象判断准确,抑制明显。
To recognize and suppress chatter phenomenon of NC machining process, a chatter recognition and suppression system is designed. It determines chatter phenomenon by the measurements of audio signal during machine tool cutting process. Adopting time-domain and frequency-domain combined method, the a-nalysis of the acquired signal is used in chatter recognition. To eliminate chatter phenomenon, it will also propose a recommended spindle speed to match the chatter frequency. Industrial microphone and NI wireless testing equipment composed the hardware part of this system. It acquires and transmits audio signal to com-puter. Wi-Fi technique is used to simplify the connection, and the software part includes acquisition setup, data storage, signal analysis and other related functions. Experiments show that chatter recognition capacity is well, and the effect of chatter suppression is obviously.
