摘要
针对离心泵叶轮的五轴加工遇到的加工干涉,超差等问题采用UG数控加工自动编程与Vericut加工仿真相结合,对NC程序进行模拟加工及在加工完成后与叶轮模型进行自动比较,可发现其中的错误刀轨或者加工是否超差,修改UG自动编程参数,最终可得到应用于机床直接加工的数控程序。实验结果表明通过UG自动编程与Vericut仿真相结合可较快生成加工所需要的数控程序,避免了错误程序导致机床、夹具、刀具和工件之间的干涉并保证了程序的加工精度。
Aiming at interference and out of tolerance in the Five-axis machining of centrifugal pump impel-ler ,take advantage of UG NC automatic programming combined with Vericut machining simulation that pro-pose simulative machining of NC program, comparing the part finished and part model automatically,then we could find the error tool path and confirm if it is out of tolerance or not. After modify the UG automatic programming parameters, we will derive the final NC program that could be used on the machine tool for machining directly. The experimental result show that machining program could be generated by combining UG automatic programming with Vericut simulative machining. It avoid the error program that will lead to the interferences of machine tool, fixture, cutter and work piece, and it also assure machining precision of program.
