摘要
针对电力行业对于SF6纯度和分解产物精确测量的需求,设计一种SF6纯度与分解产物检测仪。检测仪集成数字式红外SF6纯度传感器和H2S、SO2、CO电化学传感器,电化学传感器输出的模拟检测信号经A/D转换后同SF6纯度传感器输出的数字检测信号一起送至主控芯片STM32F103进行数据处理和控制。完整的软件架构使检测仪具有校准、存储、查询、通信等功能,温度补偿和传感器信号矩阵算法保证了其测量准确度。试验结果表明,该检测仪SF6纯度测量相对误差≤0.04%,分解产物测量相对误差≤2.0%。
For the requirements of accurate measuring of SF6 gas purity and decomposition in the electric industry, the design of a detector was put forward. The digital infrared SF0 gas sensor and H2S, SO2 and CO electrochemistry sensors were integrated. The analog signals of electrochemistry sensors were processed and converted into digital signals, which were put into STM32F103 with the digital signal of SF6 sensor to be processed and controlled. Complete software architecture made the detector equipped with the functions of calibration, storage, inquiry, communication and so on. Through temperature compensation and sensor data ma- trix, the accuracy was guaranteed. The results show that the relative error of SF6 purity is less than 0.04%, and the relative error of the decomposition is less than 2.0%.
