摘要
为满足评价复合结构界面粘接质量的需求,研究了界面声压反射率与有机玻璃-钢复合结构界面粘接质量间的关系。采用超声反射法测量了由不同粘接性能胶粘剂制备的粘接试件回波的幅度积分曲线,利用高斯拟合对幅度积分曲线进行特征提取,根据拟合得到的衰减系数表征粘接界面上超声波的反射情况进而表征界面粘接性能。试验结果表明,衰减系数可准确评价复合结构界面的粘接质量。
In order to meet the needs of evaluating the bonding quality of composite structure, the relationship between pres- sure reflectivity and bonding quality of interface of synthetic glass-steel composite was researched.Integral curves of echo amplitude of specimens which were made up of adhesive with different properties were measured by ultrasonic reflection technique. Gaussian fitting were used for feature extraction of Integral curves, and Gaussian parameters-damping coefficient could describe the ultrasonic reflection at bonding interface and characterize its adhesive properties.The experimental results show that damping coefficient can accurately assess the bonding quality of composite structure.
