摘要
通过对我国分级诊疗模式相关问题的分析,认为建立分级诊疗模式的关键是实现基层首诊和顺畅转诊,核心问题是群众和医疗机构的配合支持,需要采取的措施主要包括提高基层服务能力、提升群众在基层就诊的意愿和规范病人转诊等。
By analyzing related issues of grading treatment model in China, and thinks the key to establish this system is to achieve the grassroots first diagnosis and smooth referral, the core problem is with the support of the masses and medical institutions, including the measures to be improve basic services ability, enhance the people’s wishes and standardize referral and other aspects.
