“预约诊疗服务进社区”的实践及思考——以杭州市某城区为例

Practice and Thinking on "Reservation Treatment Services into the Community" :A Case Study in Hangzhou City

分析杭州市某城区"预约诊疗服务进社区"的优势和不足,结果显示:通过预约挂号平台预约上级医院的居民人数呈现逐渐上升的趋势,但预约成功后的爽约人数也不少,居民预约时在选择省级和市级医院上存在差异。建议加大宣传和引导,提高患者对预约诊疗服务的接受和信任程度,降低爽约率,同时从医疗资源分布和预约体系等方面加强建设,推广"预约诊疗服务进社区"工作。

Discuss the strengths and weaknesses of reservation treatment services into the community in a district of Hangzhou city.The results show that the number of residents by reservation platform show the tendency of rising, but the number of people miss a lot after successful booking, and reservation residents have different choice in the provincial and municipal hospitals. Proposal to increase publicity and guidance to improve the patient acceptance and trust on reservation treatment services, and reduce miss rate. Plus, it should strengthen the construction on health resources distribu tion and the reservation system, and promote the reservation treatment services into the community.
