增强高职院校校内实训教学的有效性对策探讨

实训教学作为高职院校培养高水平技能人才的重要环节,是培养学生综合素质的重要途径。但目前高职院校校内实训教学有效性不高,影响了技能型人才培养质量。为此,高职院校要着重从实训教学基地、"双师型"教师队伍、教学方法、实训考核四大方面来增强高职院校校内实训教学有效性。

Practice teaching colleges as an important part of high level skilled talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges is an important way to cultivate students＇ comprehensive quality. But at present higher vocational practice teaching effectiveness is not high, and this influences the skilled personnel training quality. Therefore higher vocational colleges should improve the effectiveness of campus practical training from practical training teaching base, ＂double type＂ teachers, teaching methods, and training assessment four aspects.
