我国高等教育正处在大变革时期,普通高职院校即将面临转型。因此,在这种新形势下,如何提高高职院校学生管理工作的质量,是高职院校学生管理工作者要面对的重大挑战。在此,将本着以"科学管理、民主管理、开放管理"的理念,"以人为本"的管理原则进行阐述。

Higher education in China is in a major transformation period, and the ordinary higher vocational colleges are facing transformation.
