随着近几年来我国旅游业经济的飞速发展,高职院校的旅游管理专业更为热门,成为高职院校蓬勃发展的专业之一,整个社会对职业教育发展尤为重视。在这种大的背景下,高职旅游管理专业的学生自身的特点,决定了学生管理工作存在一定的难度。那么如何有针对性地管理工作,是学生管理工作者需迫切解决的问题。在此,对高职院校旅游管理专业学生管理的情况及存在的问题进行分析,并提出有针对性的建议。

With the rapid development of tourism economy in recent years, tourism management major in higher vocational colleges is more popular, and has become one of majors higher vocational colleges vigorously develop. The whole society especially attaches great importance to the development of vocational education. Under this background, the characteristics of higher vocational tourism management students decide certain difficulty in student management work. How to do the work with a clear aim needs to be solved urgently. The paper analyses the situation and problems in the work and proposes suggestions.
