摘要
通过对含硫污水罐爆炸事故案例的分析,以沧州炼油厂含硫污水罐为例,介绍了在正压和负压两种情况下,如何采取防火防爆措施,运用双向水封罐、除臭装置和氮封系统,以及有效的安全管理,解决含硫污水罐爆炸的问题。
Through the analysis on explosion case of sulfur-containing sewage tank, the problem about the explosion of sulfur-containing sewage tank could be completely solved through anti- fire and explosion,two-way water-sealed tank, deodorization device and nitrogen sealed system and efficient safety management under positive and negative conditions by taking sulfur-containing sewage tank of Cangzhou oil refinery for example.
