控制舱测试系统及其BIT设计

摘要 为改善当前导弹控制舱的测试状况,设计了一种以PXI总线工控机为核心的控制舱测试系统,选用高精度的传感器和调理电路对数据进行采集,利用CPLD对增量编码器进行角度值的解算以及激励信号的时序控制,配合Visual Studio平台的监控软件对数据进行分析处理输出。并在测试系统架构的基础上,充分利用CPLD的灵活性进行了环绕BIT设计,大大节省了硬件资源,完成了系统的机内检测,保证了测试系统的可靠性,实现了一个高精度、高效率、低误差的控制舱测试系统。 In order to improve the current testing status of the missile control cabin, a kind of control cabin testing system taking PXI bus industrial computer as its core was designed. In this system, high precision sensor and signal conditioning circuit is used for data acquisition, and CPLD is used to execute the angle value resolving of incremental encoder and the time-sequence control of the exciting signal, which cooperate with the monitoring software on Visual Studio platform to carry out data analysis and processing. On the basis of the testing system architecture, the circle built-in test design makes full use of the flexibility of CPLD, which greatly saves the resources of hardware. The circle buih-in test of the system was achieved, which improved the reliability of testing system. The control cabin testing system with high precision, high efficiency and low error was realized.
