摘要 为了企业节能减排和生产管理的需要,设计与实现了一种基于全集成自动化理念的能耗监控管理系统。该系统可以对现场能耗设备进行实时控制和数据收集,并通过数据同步分析,进而协调和优化企业的生产过程,使自动化与制造管理、企业管理、供应链管理建立起无缝连接。在此从系统架构、硬件和软件设计、关键技术等方面进行了阐述。结果表明,该设计达到了预期目标。 In order to meet the demands of energy conservation and production management, an energy consumption monitoring and management system based on totally integrated automation (TIA) conception was designed and implemented. The system can execute real-time control and data collection of on-site energy consumption equipments, and coordinate and optimize the production process as well through the data synchronization analysis, so as to establish the seamless connection of the automation with manufacturing management, business management and supply chain management. In this paper, the system architecture, hardware design, software design and key technologies are discusses.
