摘要
经过前期一系列的调研,我国央企薪酬改革方案呼之欲出,薪酬改革的顶层设计临近落地,处于特殊地位的商业银行备受社会关注,再次被推向改革前台。因为缺乏统一的定薪基础与定价规则,商业银行薪酬改革与预期相差甚远,讨论持续升温。虽然商业银行薪酬改革是一种基于企业的行为,但又必须基于市场选择与法治方式。在新常态环境下,商业银行薪酬改革的根本路径还是要以市场规则与法治思维为指导,从行业发展的实际出发,配合整体的转型战略,维护社会基本公平,激发金融新动力。
After previous series research state compensation in our country reforms be vividly portrayed, the top of the compensation reform design near the ground, in a special position in the commercial bank's attention, is to reform the front desk again. Because of the lack of unified wage base and pricing rules, the commercial bank reform and expected salary is far, the discussion is on the rise. Although compensation reform of commercial bank is a kind of based on enterprise's be- havior, but it must be based on market choice and the rule of law. Compensation reform in the new normal environment, commercial bank the fundamental path or guided by the market rules and the rule of law thinking, from the reality of indus- try development, with the transformation of overall strategy, safeguard social fairness, basic financial momentum.
