祁连县沼泽化高寒草甸亚类优势牧草粗脂肪含量分析 被引量:3

摘要 用索式提取法对祁连高寒沼泽湿地中5种优势种牧草进行不同季节粗脂肪含量测定。结果表明:5种优势种牧草粗脂肪含量7月份最高,8月份其次,9月份含量最低;其中,7月份草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis L.)、华扁穗草(Blysmus sinocompressus)、甘肃苔草(Carex kansuensis)、西藏嵩草(Kobresia tibetica)、小钩毛苔草(Carex microglochin)的粗脂肪含量分别为7.32%、5.17%、7.60%、3.61%、6.68%。到9月草地早熟禾粗脂肪含量降低了82.65%,华扁穗草降低了74.08%,甘肃苔草降低了55.66%,西藏嵩草降低了64.27%,小钩毛苔草降低了77.10%。因此,7、8两个月最适合放牧,9月份应适当补充营养。 The Soxhlet extraction method were used to determine the contents of crude fat of different season of 5 kinds of dominant species forage from Qilian cold swamp wetland . The results showed that the contents of crude fat of 5 dominant species is highest in July,and August secondly,the content is the lowest in September. In July, the crude fat contents of Poa pratensis L. , Blysmus sinocompressus, Carex kansuensis, Kobresia tibetica, Carex microglochin were 7.32% , 5.17%, 7.60%, 3.61% , 6.68 % , respectively. In the 7 -9 month, the crude fat contents of Poa pratensis L. was reduced by 82.65% , Blysmus sinocompressus was reduced by 74. 08% ,Carex kansuensis was reduced by 55.66% , Kobresia tibetica was reduced by 64.27% , Carex microglochin was reduced by 77. 10%. Therefore, the most suitable for grazing season is of 7,8 months. Should be proper supplementary nutrition in September.
