摘要
公共交通可达性是出行者、公交系统和土地利用之间相互作用的关键因素,直接影响在特定城市空间下公交需求量的大小.为科学有效评价城市公共交通可达性提出了2种可达性评价方法,分别是定量的可达性组合评价模型和定性的基于土地利用的可达性评价指标体系,分析不同类型建设用地的可达性,促进公共交通可达性与土地利用相互作用机制的形成,为发展公共交通促进城市空间形态和结构的形成提供决策支持.
Public transit accessibility is the key factor of the interaction between traveler,public transit system and land use,which further influences the demand for public transit under the specific urban space. The paper puts forward two ways of accessibility evaluation,the quantitative evaluation model of accessibility and the qualitative accessibility index system based on land use patterns in order to measure the accessibility of different kinds of land use. Therefore,the interaction mechanism of public transit accessibility and land use can be developed; the decision support for effective development of public transit system and urban spatial structure can be provided.
