21世纪伴随着互联网的普及,信息技术的发展,人们的生活格局发生了颠覆性的变化,信息的传播与推广在极大丰富人们网络生活的同时也伴随着负面的影响,个人信息的泄露、丢失等等道德失范行为给个人信息安全带来前所未有的威胁,本文从伦理的角度出发,探寻此问题的根源并结合当下国情预设该困境的解决策略。

With the popularity of internet and the development of information technology, people＇s life have changed entirely. The spread of information can enrich network life with a negative influence.The leakage and the lost of personal information brought unprecedented threat. This paper, based on the ethic, analyzes the source of the problem and puts forward some countermeasures.
