Along with the advancement of health system reform, allocation of health resources is becoming gradually as a key and difficult point. Local government plays an important role in the executive activities. It depends on the local government that allocation of health resources can keep its equality and efficiency. In this paper, we will discuss the local government＇s roles and responsibilities in the allocation of health resources.
