新建本科院校学风建设的现状及对策研究

The Present Situation of the Study Style in New Colleges and Universities and Its Countermeasures

学风建设是高校改革和发展的重要内容,是人才培养的重要手段。新建本科院校的学风建设好坏直接影响着人才培养质量高低,关系着学校的社会声誉和生死存亡。本文在深刻认识到学风建设的重要性前提下,认真研究分析了新建本科院校学风建设的现状及形成原因,提出了一些合理有效、操作性强的实施对策。

As an important part in the reform and development of university, the study style is also main method to cultivate talents. How well we build the study style can influence the quality of training talents, the college＇s reputation and survival. Based on the importance of construction of study style, this paper analyzes the present situation of study style in new colleges and forming reasons, and puts forward some effective and maneuverable countermeasures.
