摘要
主要分析了石油污染土壤微生物修复的特点,并以石油污染土壤为供试土壤,采用室内盆装模拟实验以及外加N源、P源强化土著微生物处理的方法,从几种土著微生物常用N、P源中选择了最佳N源,最佳P源,并实验确定了本模拟实验系统的C∶N∶P.在本模拟实验系统最佳强化条件下,土著微生物降解石油烃效果得到明显提高,30天其降解率最高可达73.3%,较对照高出了58%.
This paper analyzes the main features of microbial remediation of petroleum-contami- nated soil. With the petroleum-contaminated soil as the subject, the mock indoor pot experiment is done by means of the applied N source, P source method for strengthening indigenous micro- bial treatment. The best N source and P source are chosen from several commonly used indige- nous microorganisms. The experiment also determines the simulation system as C: N: P. Under the most favorable strengthening condition, the indigenous microbial hydrocarbon has shown significant improvements.
