摘要
结合生产实践,论述了在机械结构设计中应用独立原则、最大实体要求的含义,得出了在结构设计中应用最大实体要求,既可控制工件的尺寸,又可控制工件的形状及各要素之间的位置,并可方便加工与检测的结论.为确保机械产品的质量,降低生产成本,提供了有效的设计途径,建议在结构设计中大力推广和应用最大实体要求.
We have discussed the application of the independence principles and maximum ma- terial requirement in mechanical structure design. Our conclusion is that the application of maxi- mum material requirement in structure design is optimal for controlling not only the size but also the shape and relevant positions of the various elements of the work-pieces. It is, furthermore, convenient for machining and inspection. We strongly suggest that, in order to ensure the quality of mechanical products, reduce the production cost, and the effective designs, the maximum ma- terial requirement be widely applied in structure design.
