摘要
目的:了解大学新生的自杀意念出现的时间、原因以及未实施自杀的原因、当时的精神状态。方法:通过问卷测查和访谈的方法对115名大学新生的自杀意念及相关因素进行分析。结果:大学新生自杀意念的发生率为0.5%,大学之前就曾出现过自杀意念的学生占61.73%,大学以后仍有自杀意念的学生占26.09%,12.17%的学生曾有自杀计划,考虑到父母或亲人是未实施自杀的重要原因,21.74%的学生呈现出焦虑或抑郁状态。结论:大多数大学新生的自杀意念在中学时即出现;学业压力和家庭问题是高中时出现自杀意念的重要原因,父母在学生自杀问题上扮演复杂角色;自杀意念会伴随一定的精神障碍。
Aim：Understanding the time,reasons of suicidal thoughts and attempted suicides of college freshmen as well as their mental state when suicidal thoughts occurs. Method：Analyze their suicidal thoughts and related factors of 115 college freshmen by interviews and questionnaires. Results：The incident rate of suicidal thoughts of college freshmen is 0.5%,among which 61.73% had suicidal thoughts before they enter the college and 26.09% still maintain the thought. 12.17% of them had suicidal plan,and most of them give it up because of the consideraton of parents or relatives. Conclusions：Most of the college freshmen had suicidal thought in their senior schools because of academic stress and family issues. Parents play a complicated role in the suicide issues of college freshmen. Freshmen with suicidal thoughts usually have mental disorders.
