在我国,电话咨询还是有相当应用价值的心理咨询形式。为此,文章探讨了电话咨询在实际应用上有别于其他咨询形式的一些特殊技术,侧重概括出电话咨询的几个技术要点,以及电话咨询要注意的几个问题。

In our country,the form of phone psychological counseling is of great value of application,therefore this thesis discusses the special techniques used in phone counseling,which is different from other forms of counseling in practical application. This paper has placed special emphasis on summarizing the main technical points of telephone counseling and several related problems needed to be aware of.
