温润辛金培本法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期生命质量影响的临床研究

Clinical Research on Life Quality Effect of Warming and Moisturizing Lung with Cultivating Basic Method in Treating Stable Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨温润辛金培本法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者生命质量的影响。方法以温润辛金培本法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者90例,采用基于形神一体观的COPD稳定期PRO量表评估患者治疗前后的生命质量变化。结果治疗3个月后,总有效率92.22%;患者肺功能指标、生命质量积分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05)。结论温润辛金培本法能够缓解慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的生命质量,临床疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To explore the life quality effect of warming and moisturizing lung with cultivating the basic method in treating stable patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD）. Method Using the method of warming and moisturizing lung with cultivating the basic to treat 90 cases of stable patients with COPD,the changes of life quality score which evaluated by the patient self- report outcomes（ PRO） scale that based on body and spirit concept theory of TCM,were all recorded before and after the treatment. Result After treating for 3 months,the total effective rate was 92. 22%,lung function and life quality of patients were taken a turn for the better（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The method of warming and moisturizing lung with cultivating the basic method in treating stable patients with COPD has good therapeutic effect and clinical efficacy for taking a turn for the better on life quality,and is worthy to be popularized.
