摘要
SPARQL查询构建器可以辅助用户实现SPARQL查询的半自动化构建。在总结SPARQL查询构建器一般类型的基础上,扼要地介绍Querymed、Viziquer、VQB、Bio SPARQL四种有代表性的构建器,并从所支持的条件输入方式、SPARQL语法、数据源个数等方面对这四种构建器进行比较研究。
SPARQL query builders can assist users to generate queries semi-automaticly. On the basis ofsummarizing general types of SPARQL query builders, this paper introduces four representative builders,namely Querymed, Viziquer, VQB and Bio SPARQL. A comparative study is carried out in terms of condi-tion input mode, SPARQL syntax and data source supported by them.
