芪冬润肺汤治疗气阴亏虚型慢性咳嗽39例临床观察

Observation of Qidongrunfei decoction on the treatment of chronic cough with Qi and Yin deficiency type

目的观察芪冬润肺汤治疗气阴亏虚型慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法将75例符合诊断标准的气阴亏虚型慢性咳嗽患者随机分为2组。对照组36例给予西医止咳平喘等常规对症治疗;治疗组39例在对照组基础上给予芪冬润肺汤口服。观察治疗前、后日间、夜间咳嗽及兼症积分变化,评价临床疗效。结果治疗前2组患者日间、夜间咳嗽及兼症积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组日间、夜间咳嗽及兼症积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪冬润肺汤能明显改善气阴亏虚型慢性咳嗽患者咳嗽症状,临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qidongrunfei decoction on the treatment of chronic cough with Qi and Yin deficiency type. Methods 75 patients accorded with diagnosis standard of qi and Yin deft- ciency type chronic cough were randomly divided into 2 groups. 36 cases in the control group received western medi- cine symptomatic treatment such as Relieving cough and asthma;39 cases in the treatment group on the basis of con- trol group treatment received Qidongrunfei decoction orally. Daytime/nighttime cough score changes were observed for evaluation of clinical effect. Results There was no significant difference between two groups on daytime/nighttime cough score before treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Daytime/nighttime cough score in treatment group was lower than that in control group after treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Qidongrunfei decoction can obviously improve the symptoms of chronic cough patients with Qi and Yin deficiency type,clinical curative effect is remarkable.
