桂枝肌瘤丸联合热熨疗法治疗盆腔炎性疾病后慢性盆腔痛50例临床观察

Clinical observation of Cassia twig fibroids pill combined hot iron therapy on pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae-chronic pelvic pain

目的观察桂枝肌瘤丸联合热熨疗法治疗盆腔炎性疾病后慢性盆腔痛的临床疗效。方法将100例盆腔炎性疾病后慢性盆腔痛患者随机分为2组,治疗组50例使用桂枝肌瘤丸联合热熨疗法,对照组50例使用抗生素静脉滴注联合透明质酸酶肌肉注射。治疗结束后观察患者临床体征改善情况、血液流变学变化及临床复发情况。结果治疗组总有效率90%,对照组70%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血液流变学各项指标均明显改善(P<0.05),对照组治疗后各项指标无明显变化(P>0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组复发率7%,对照组23%,治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桂枝肌瘤丸联合热熨疗法治疗盆腔炎性疾病后慢性盆腔痛比抗生素联合透明质酸酶肌肉注射在疗效、不良反应、复发等方面有更多优势。

Objective To investigate the effects of cassia twig fibroids pill combined hot iron therapy on pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae - chronic pelvic pain. Methods 100 patients with pelvic inflammatory dis- ease sequelae - chronic pelvic pain were randomly divided into two groups. 50 cases in treatment group were treated by cassia twig fibroids pill combined with hot ironing therapy group, control group received antibiotics static point joint muscle hyaluronidase injection. The course was three months in two groups. Clinical symptoms improvement,hemor- rheology change and clinical relapse were observed in two groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （ 90%） was superior to that in control group （ 70% , P 〈 0.05 ）. Hemorrheology indexes after treatment in treatment group were significantly improved（P 〈0.05）. Hemorrheology indexes after treatment in control group was not signifi- cantly changed（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The improvement in treatment group was superior to that in eontrol group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Re- currence rate in treatment group（7% ） was lower than that in control group （23%, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Cassia twig fibroids pill combined hot iron therapy on pelvic inflammatmy disease sequelae - chronic pelvic pain than anti- biotics combined hyaluronidase muscle injection in curative effect, adverse reaction and recurrence rate has more ad- vantages, worth clinical promotion.
