丹参注射液联合注射用盐酸川芎嗪治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成128例疗效观察

Observation of Salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined ligustrazine on the treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis

目的观察丹参注射液联合注射用盐酸川芎嗪治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)临床疗效。方法将256例下肢DVT患者随机分为2组。对照组128例予溶栓、抗凝等常规治疗方案,治疗组128例在对照组治疗基础上加用丹参注射液及注射用盐酸川芎嗪。2组均治疗14 d后统计临床疗效及治疗前后1个疗程后下肢周径差值、血清D-二聚体水平情况。结果治疗组治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后下肢周径差值、血清D-二聚体水平均小于对照组(P<0.05),2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丹参注射液联合注射用盐酸川芎嗪治疗DVT可促进病情缓解,提高溶栓效果,无明显不良反应。

Objective To observe the effect of Salvia mihiorrhiza injection combined ligustrazine on the treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis （DVT）. Methods 256 patients with DVT were randomly divided into two groups. 128 patients in control group were treated by thrombolysis and anticoagulation such as conventional treatment. Treatment group received Salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined ligustrazine on the basis of control group treatment. The clinical effect, lower limb diameter difference and D - dimer serum level before and after treatment were observed in two groups. Results The cure rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Lower limb diameter difference and D - dimer serum level in treatment group was less than that in control group after treatment（P 〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between two groups on adverse effects rate（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Salvia mihiorrhiza injection combined ligustrazine on lower extremity deep vein thrombosis can promote remission, improve the effect of thrombolysis, and no obvious adverse reactions.
